The box and dice look amazing and came far faster than we anticipated! We got the Yellow Tiger's Eye and it looks far more like the wood/walnut of the box than we anticipated. So that is something to know - however, it still looks amazing and we are so excited to give these as a wedding present to our friends!

The box is gorgeous, with a strong magnetic closure that feels very secure. The engraving on it is clear and easy to read, as well, and it has been finished with a varnish to protect the wood. The dice are absolutely STUNNING. The gemstone has wonderful clarity, the inking on the numbers and engraving pops, and the engraving itself is very detailed and well-done. My wife absolutely loves them, to the point that she was a little afraid to use them in fear of doing anything that could hurt them!

The dice set is fine, I guess. I ordered a custom set of dice as a wedding gift it wasn't the design I requested. I emailed them that it wasn't what i ordered, so they offered a replacement set. I replied that would be awesome and I requested for a different material only if they approved and the proper design. After that email no response and no order/tracking number. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update. I believe I'm SOL and no replacement set will be sent.

There needs to be better communication with custom orders. I left the note of a requested engraving on the walnut box (as the product description suggested) but never got a reply, only contact I received was when the dice was sent
