La ametrina es un cristal natural que contiene amatista (violeta) y citrino (amarillo dorado) dentro del mismo cristal de cuarzo .
Los dos colores se forman cuando el hierro dentro del cristal cambia su estado de oxidación durante el crecimiento: una parte del cristal se desarrolla en condiciones que producen púrpura, mientras que otra parte se forma en condiciones que producen amarillo.
Debido a que esta división de color ocurre de manera natural y gradual , la ametrina a menudo muestra hermosas transiciones y zonas fusionadas , en lugar de límites definidos.
Cada pieza es única, ya que el patrón depende enteramente de las condiciones en las que se formó el cristal.
Los dados de piedras preciosas son frágiles, así que te recomiendo que los lances sobre una superficie suave, como una bandeja de fieltro de lana. I got the amethyst D20 for my sister and its gorgeous and she loves it.
The dice are just wonderfull. They where tons better than I spected. They sended along the dice ordered a beautifull 7 pc set and a gorgeus D20 and a beautifull card that a did not open yet, becauae this is a gift. The waiting was worth it thats for sure. Thanks a lot!
I'm a bit sad, I really like the pictures of this dice. But the one I get it's more Citrine than Amethist. It's the game I thing with Ametrine, you don't know how deep the contrast of purple and yellow will be. I have mostly yellow and white. A bit sad.
While the cut and balance are perfect, the dice has no colour, it’s just black. It’s disappointing.
The die is black. While the cut and design are perfect, the die does not look like ametrine. It just looks like heated quartz (which turns black when over heated). I have several dice from Urwizards, this is the only one that is dissappointing.
